Our aim has been to exceed client expectations due to our close, interactive collaboration with leading client thought leaders- and to step beyond the typical expectations of users to develop creative solutions that are user friendly, and lead to the next door or value pathway in the usability spectrum."

BSI’s global unit began operations in the late 1960s, implementing IBM global research in 14 countries (all continents), 1977-1983. BSI implemented its proprietary SLEDS program to IBM in all countries, and pioneered in new product concept work for IBM office products and small computer systems in Europe and the Far East. Since 1991, BSI Global Research has conducted the PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Barometer Surveys series focusing on CEOs, CFOs and Directors of both Fortune Firms and America’s fastest-growing private companies, highly respected business panels which are constantly quoted and featured in the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, The Economist, leading Newspapers and on Bloomberg radio and TV (CNBC, CNN, CBS, etc.). BSI principals have been involved in two AMA/American Marketing Association business books: Customer Satisfaction (1989), and Competing On Value (1991).

BSI Interactive, Inc. helped to develop two early IBM high-value Intranet sites (Petroleum and Energy) in 1995, and assisted in the creation and design of some early FedEx Intranet content. We also created and designed the initial NYAMA GreenBook and Effie Awards websites. BSI Interactive, Inc. developed the GrandPrix.com web and e-commerce site which is a global storehouse for history of the world of Formula 1 auto racing (1900- Present), and is the racing data component for the sport’s governing body, the FIA (Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile). In addition to these projects, BSI also played a key role in the creation of interactive content for several other major firms and interactive partners.

Over the past 15+ years, BSI has been working with technology teams in Fortune firms to design, develop and deploy their cutting-edge applications and multimedia projects. BSI created, implemented, and produce the Barometer Surveys site for PricewaterhouseCoopers which as a truly global, diversified audience. The Barometer Surveys have received regular placement in prominent publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, and many others. In addition, survey findings were utilized by President Clinton’s cabinet, and have been regularly used by commerce department and other agencies, helping to formulate economic policy (including critical welfare-to-work reform).
